Lovely room. Extremely comfortable bed. Staff were pleasant annd very helpful and breakfast was tasty and well cooked although no fruit, yogurts ect. Place was quiet and peaceful. Plenty of parking and husband enjoying the local real ale.

The Hotel was very cosy, lots of “stuff everywhere” on the walls etc, so very individual if that ’s your thing. Room was small but had everything, staff were polite and efficient, food good etc.

Southcrest Manor Hotel, BW Signature Collection
On entering room.. toilet lid off & stood next to toilet on the floor & bin in bedroom contained someone's pink false nails!! Obviously not clean or maintained. Reported to reception & had a standard reply of " I'll inform maintenance" doesn't really address the issues WE experienced did it!
