The room was very nice and clean! The only issues we had was the ac unit kept blowing cold air no matter if we turned it completely off and turned the temperature down, and the housekeeper coming into the unit while we were asleep on the 2nd day we were there, but other than that everything was perfect! All the sight seeing views were nearby, so we didn’t have to drive far at all.

The room was a bit dated. It was hard to open the door because the carpet was too tall and the door got stuck on the carpet. We found a dirty washcloth hanging in our tub. The floor of the tub didn't look super clean. The beds were comfortable. The location is perfect for staying in munising and visiting pictured rocks. It is walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff were all very friendly.

Clean hotel, free laundry, good breakfast. Close to NMU and short drive to downtown.

Just okay. Customer service was great as was the location, but the property is dated and needs to be remodeled. Also the noise from the pool area was annoying.

Probably my second-best hotel experience ever, and we regularly do international travel. The room was spotless, everything worked great, and the staff were very friendly. Our room had a kitchenette that was stocked with everything you'd need to cook, and a fridge and microwave. The blinds were perfect at keeping out the night light. The staff even let us check in an hour early. I was very happy forthe little food nook and cooler next to the check-in counter. The pint of ice cream we got from there was very welcome! The parking was free and ample enough when we stayed there. Very good experience, 100% recommend!
