The location of this property is awesome! Very walkable to restaurants and entertainment in the area. We hit the jackpot the night we stayed there as there was a comedy “kitchen party” in the onsite theatre. It was worth the $30 ticket price! No parking available on site but a parkade is right down the street for $8.25/day. The beds were comfortable but the rooms are tight for 2 people with luggage. No mini fridge, no TV, and no coffee maker in the room (Tim Horton’s is a 2 minute walk). If you’re only looking for a comfortable bed to rest your body, then this is the place for you!

Lovely hotel. Yes there are no tvs or phones in room but rooms are fresh and clean. Bed very comfortable. Lots of pillows. Bathroom nice, did take a while for hot water but eventually came :).

The Arts Hotel was perfect for our stay in Charlottetown. The staff there are so warm and friendly, and very helpful; making suggestions for dining, attractions etc. Our room suited our needs perfectly. Very comfortable bed and lovely shower. The Arts Hotel is within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do in Charlottetown.

This was a truly minimalist accommodation. The bed was comfy but the room was very spare and dark with just one small window. There was one uncomfortable desk chair - the only seating in the room. We had to go to a lounge 2 floors down to use a microwave, fridge, tv. The place was clean and well-located.

Overrated and lacking

For a price of a hotel I would expect basics, this facility lacks all of it. No TV, no room phone to contact reception, garbage pick up only on request, towel change on request, hair dryer on request, no fridge in the room, for king bed room no place to put luggage for 2 nd person.No parking on site. The whole room had 2 robe hooks to hang any clothing. The internet which is supposedly available to all guests is slow and useless.
