The hotel was basic but just what they needed. They had been to see BTS in concert so just needed somewhere to sleep. Staff were amazing and it was nice and clean. Only negative is the area there is nothing around and there are a lot of gangs so my daughter did not feel safe. Not sure if we would book this location again but would book an Ibis hotel.

2 power failures the 1st evening; room key has to be reinitialized every day; only one electrical outlet in the bedroom nowhere close to the bed but great proximity to the train station, friendly personel speaking fluent english, good breakfast.

Breakfast was more than expected and can be rated as 3.5* but all the rest can be rated as good 3*. Location is very central and convenient for new comers and travellers in air transit to and from CRL airport. I used shuttle A1, it operates almost in front of the hotel. Only thing that was not good was that they turned off heating from midnight until morning.

Good Value

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Rooms a little dated, and air conditioning wasn't working effectively, but a desk fan was left in the room to help. The service was very friendly, very helpful and accommodating for the purpose of my trip. The hotel was located very conveniently for the railway station. I would stay here again.
