Front desk lady was very helpful and courteous.

The TV was set to FeTV, could turn on/off& adjust volume only. Ants invaded my desert overnight. Everything else was great.

Beautiful property located in a walkable area of downtown. Very clean and comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and roomy shower.

The glasses and stoneware dinnerware was a welcome touch. No disposables. Only we weren't sure if we were expected to wash, dry and put away the dishes, which I did. I didn't use the dishwasher for only 4 pieces. Very spacious.

It would have been alot better experience but the front desk lady didnt even get out of her chair to help us. She just stayed slouched in her chair the whole transaction.

Bugs in room. Almost nothing for breakfast.

Had an overnight here due to business. First room had ants due to a sticky substance primarily on the countertop area. And there were stains on the furniture that were of concern (bodily fluids?) (Housekeeping not doing a great job.) Personally wiped down all surfaces with Clorox wipes that I had with me. Went down to the front desk who changed my room. The second room wasn't much better and the toilet was running all night. I mentioned this to the GM in the morning and she said that I should have said something and they would have given me another room. At that point it was 10PM and after a full day of travel I just wanted to sleep. The breakfast was minimal. Hotel needs a refresh. BUT I do have to thank the GM for her kindness. She did offer to refund the money on the room .
