Toilet in room 305 needs the insides replaced as the toilet was running. Had to go x it so toilet could fill up. Also the bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. The staff were fine

A/C unit would not work. Staff were very friendly but unfortunately they were so understaffed nothing could be done to fix it. Rooms were also sold out. The lady behind the counter and kitchen staff were great Rooms were clean, restaurant closes early if you arrive late.

The property was a very convenient place as we were getting the ferry the next morning. The check-in line was quite long (as a ferry had just unloaded), but the two staff at the counter were very efficient and it didn’t take long. Our only issue was with the restaurant. There was one server who was rude when we arrived and threw our cutlery and menus on the table when we were seated. Luckily, another server served us for the remainder of the meal and she was much nicer.

Clean and neat room, with comfortable bed, fridge and coffee maker. The view of the harbour is beautiful from the top of the hill. Staff accommodating for changes in our check in times. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was excellent and very reasonable priced.
