Fine hotel

This hotel is fine - for a cheap get away it’s definitely worth it. However standard of cleaning is really quite poor; it’s just a bit grubby in places - bed does feel clean and think that’s the most important part for me. But walls and side tables just need a good wipe down. Hot water wasn’t available a few of the nights we did ask but the response was that it was a cloudy day. I assume this means they solar heat the water. But a stone cold shower really isn’t ideal. And made us not able to use the hot tub a few times which we paid more for in our room. I feel that if they use solar they need to have some sort of back up somewhere? They were also having some building work on the steps up to the rooms. The builders tools were all across the stairs and cables trailing. Left like this for days and a complete trip hazard making it difficult to pass. I wouldn’t mind stepping over a few tools etc. but it was a lot and for the whole 10days just left sitting out without any work being done. Just untidy and a mess. I’d say this is a fine hotel for the price. Just a shame little things aren’t hard to fix for example a deep clean once in a while and clearing away building work when builders aren’t even there.

Jacuzzi tub in the room was really nice, as was the shower. Comfortable bed and well-equipped shared kitchen if you prefer to cook meals (several large supermarkets a short walk away). 5 min walk from what I think is the nicest beach in Chania (Golden Beach). Chania old town is a short bus ride or longer walk away.

Anna the receptionist was amazing and she made my stay easy as a solo traveller with great tips on getting around. I will definately be back for longer and most likely with the family!

This was an okay stay. The checkout was supposed to be noon and the cleaning person came at 11 am which wasn’t helpful. Communication other than that was fine although we never saw another human being.

The actual room is very nice. The space is excellent. Great for families. The only thing that could be improved is changing used glasses and plates provided to the room if the visitors are using them each day since there is housekeeping services each day, or give people something to wash their own glasses and plates with. An option for a do not disturb sign so the housekeeper isn't knocking in the morning to clean while we are all still sleeping because the one housekeeper has to leave by a certain time. There was an ant problem in our room and in our friends room. The reception isn't regularly open, so you have to call or email if you need something, but they reply quickly and are helpful for sure! The beds are super comfortable and the location is perfect. You can walk to the beach and supermarkets within minutes. The downtown area is a quick drive away. With those minor improvements, I'd say this is the perfect place to stay!

This place was brand new (I heard that it was open on June 2019!), modern, and super clean. It had black out curtains which was perfect as we were quite tired after a full day. Just a walk down to the beach. It wasn't situated on a very touristy side of town but everything you need - market, coffee shop, bakery were nearby. Would definitely stay there again!

La struttura è molto bella in sé, necessita però di più cura nella pulizia della camera. Nella camera mancano anche uno specchio grande e un armadio grande. La colazione è buona, ma può essere migliorata con piccoli accorgimenti (es.: brioche fresche, yogurt greco con miele). Inoltre fornirei il balcone di due sdraio. La posizione è molto buona per raggiungere il centro della città di Chania e le spiagge più belle della zona.

Lækkert værelse med boblebad

Lækkert værelse med boblebad i udkanten af Chania. Den lukkede reception, og manglende rengøring (når man ikke må smide brugt toiletpapir i toilettet, er det vigtigt at skraldespanden bliver tømt hyppigt) under ophold trækker ned. Når receptionen er lukket burde der ligge en instruktion tim værelset. Der var heller ikke altid varmt vand. Først skulle man tænde for det varme vand i boblebadet, så kom der varme vand også på badeværelset.

N'a de luxueux que le nom

La chambre que nous avions ne correspondait pas à ce qui était réservé, nous avons patienté 1h30 à la réception avant que quelqu'un ne daigne venir nous enregistrer, malgré nos appels aux portables indiqués, une télévision ne fonctionnait pas, présence de fourmis dans la chambre rendant le stockage alimentaire compliqué et uniquement 2 assiettes et couverts pour une chambre de 4. Literie déplorable. Parking largement insuffisant au vu du nombre de chambres louées. Très mauvaise expérience. Je ne recommande pas.

Struttura moderna, recentemente ristrutturata, molto ben curata nei dettagli della stanza e nel bagno. Ogni camera ha balcone con tavolino e sedie, mini frigorifero e bollitore per l’acqua. Inoltre presente mini cassaforte. In comune vi è cucina a disposizione di tutte le camere. Personale gentile e disponibile. Una bella scoperta, struttura assolutamente consigliata.

Υπέροχη διαμονή - τέλειο δωμάτιο

Ιδιαίτερα καλαίσθητος χώρος σε άψογη κατάσταση. Άνετα δωμάτια με πολύ καλή διαρρύθμιση και πρακτικό μεγάλο μπάνιο. Εξαιρετική καθαριότητα και ευγενέστατο προσωπικό. Ιδανική τοποθεσία σε κοντινή απόσταση και από τα όμορφα Χανιά και από τις υπέροχες οργανωμένες παραλίες της βορείου πλευράς. Άριστη σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής. Der Whirlpool hatte einen sehr speziellen Geschmack, so dass das ganze Zimmer danach roch. Bei Ankunft nicht ganz sauber, danach wurde gut gereinigt. Modern und komfortabel eingerichtet.
