Another excellent stay - staff welcoming and helpful as always. Breakfast and spa facilities are highlights. The one mild inconvenience is the shampoo affixed to the wall by the shower which makes it difficult to use when taking a bath. Room temperatures were extreme - either too hot or too cold.

Excellent stay in Chamonix for our 5 day ski trip. Loved the thoughtful touches such as free coffee, hot chocolate, and water refills. Helpful staff, spotless spa, and very attentive room cleaning and service. Only a short walk to the Sud bus station for ski buses and the Geneva airport bus

We really enjoyed our stay in spring here! The weather was gorgeous and everything so green and lush. The reception was amazing and helpful for booking our gondola trips and recommendations for good restaurants. They didn’t have a fridge in the room but they were able to store our goods in their private fridge behind the desk. Very helpful staff and the spa was very good. Nice sauna and pool with delicious teas to enjoy. Lots of free movies and shows to watch on TV in the room. Close to the main gondola and many good restaurants. Book your parking in advance otherwise you’ll be paying double at the local parking lots. Will definitely return in the winter for some skiing.

Great facility! The room is nice and warm, with no local climate control which can make it hard to sleep at night if you like cooler temperatures for sleep. But with the windows open there was no issue. However, I would be hesitant to stay here in the summer when the outdoor air temperature could be warmer.
