The aircondition is leaking infront of the front door and in the toilet. There was no Wifi on the property. They kept lying saying the technician is there fixing it. I threaten to leave and they purchased a phone card for me to buy a plan for the duration of my stay. I killed a cockroach in my room. The bathroom had a choke the water was not running out quickly. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very helpful.

I’d stay there again but wouldn’t rush to do so

While the pool is quite nice, a lot of the property is run down. The room is ok; AC worked well; the bathroom is ok. It’s a bit piecemeal; a queen mattress on a double bed base does not make a queen bed. Breakfast was good. Since there were two of us we asked for a second key. The hotel refused to provide one. In fact, if we wanted our room cleaned we had to drop off our key at reception. Doesn’t instill confidence, nor a feeling of guest focus.

Book 1 room for 4 adults which came up to 164 US. Also had the choice of booking 2 rooms for 4 adults for 161 US. When I called the hotel they said that I had to pay extra since I had 2 extra person in the room. I tried to explained that if I had knew I would had booked the 2 rooms which was actually less cash. The hotel was no help and said since I booked third party I had to contact Expedia. Weeks later I still don’t have a contact number for Expedia. I messaged the help desk and they said that the hotel had the authorization to ask for more cash. From the experience Expedia has FALSE ADVERTISING. They claim that it’s a one time payment and you have certain package options but when u go to the hotel that is not real information. It’s completely different. I recommend that Expedia either put up the real information (no fine print garbage) or just don’t have the advertise the hotel at all. The trip started horribly because of the misinformation. The toilet in my room was flooded and I need to be re-roomed. For breakfast I came in at half 8 and all the other guest was literally packing the food into boxes and heading into their rooms. I had to pay extra for my 2 other persons and received nothing for them. No towels or water. The property itself was old and wore down. The only highlight was the pool. Poor staff service. Highly recommend that Expedia take this hotel down until they contact them and have CORRECT PRICES.

It felt safe. Beds were comfortable. Lighting and AC were good. Overall the room looked clean. You may need mosquitoe repellent though. The pool area was ok. The water was filtered always. No umbrellas so you'll have direct sunlight always. However, all photos of the place should be updated because some places are under renovation such as the bar in the pool and breakfast areas, even the breakfast menu isn't a continental type as seen in the photos. Usually its either toast and eggs (any style) or something to this effect. However today it was a continental styled breakfast since it was mother's day (much appreciated). The room door and closets are a little hard to open and close. The maintenance guy tried to fix it up though. The helpers were very attentive and tried to rectify any issues we had. The sink in the room smelled a little funny though.

I booked a room that stated 3-4 people are allowed in the room. I came with my husband and daughter and was denied my room until I paid an extra amount for another person. They claimed they only had rooms for 2 people, though I booked online before I arrived. Later, during my stay, I went to the pool and cut my foot on a broken piece of glass. When I looked in the pool, there was a shard of glass nearly the size of my hand. I showed the staff and they told me that a guest broke a glass in the pool the night before. They said they called someone to clean and wouldn’t have another cleaning person there until the Monday, and it was a Friday evening when I went to the pool. When I asked what would be done, they told me to “be careful” in the pool. Of course, I did not feel comfortable swimming in the pool with broken glass in there. This meant I was unable to enjoy the pool services for my entire trip, as I left on the Sunday.

Our stay here was very relaxing. Room was clean, no issues except that we could not get the tv to work. The breakfast was great, everyone enjoyed it. Pool was really good, especially in the evening time when the water was nice n warm. Property renovated a bit since our last stay but more work still needed, I guess they will in time🙏 Overall, I'd say we had a pleasant stay and would go back again.
