My husband and I stayed for one night. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room is very good and quite. The location is great. Breakfast was good.

Not sure where to start. Stayed with my wife 3 nights.The property does not have sound proof walls at all. Noise was very disturbing. Also, hotel was not maintained well. Broke shower head, no proper hot water, no WiFi. We had the first day breakfast only. We did not want to eat anymore. Not to mention that there was another guest screaming at 4 in the morning and woke us up. Overall, 2/5 due to the nice employees. I would not recommend it.

Wir waren mit meinem Mann in Alaçatı in diesem Hotel. Positive Punkte: • Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt: sehr zentral, direkt in Alaçatı Çarşı, der Basar ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. • Parken war problemlos möglich. • Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. • Das Personal war sehr nett, respektvoll und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns in dieser Hinsicht gut aufgehoben gefühlt. • Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren sauber. Negative Punkte: • Das Badezimmer war leider bei Ankunft nicht sauber: Dusche, Spiegel und Böden wirkten nicht gereinigt, überall waren Kalkflecken. Auch auf Lampen und Steckdosen hatte sich Staub angesammelt. • Am ersten Tag funktionierte die Dusche nicht richtig. Das Personal hat sich zwar sofort gekümmert, aber die starke Verkalkung hat die Nutzung erschwert. Die Duschscheibe und Armaturen hätten mit regelmäßigem Kalkreiniger deutlich gepflegter sein können. • Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war schwach. • Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und es gab alles Nötige, aber nichts Besonderes. Fazit: Tolles Hotel mit super Lage und freundlichem Personal. Allerdings sollte im Bereich Badezimmerhygiene deutlich mehr Wert auf Sauberkeit und Pflege gelegt werden.

Otelle ilgili hiç bir probleminiz olmaz. Gayet temiz, kahvaltısı yeterli, ilgililer. Ancak konumu itibariyle biraz gece eğlencesinin sabah 4 kere kadar süren bir mekan var kendisini ilk gece çok andık... Ama otelde buna ne yapsın yani bi yerde.

Oteldeki herkes güleryüzlüydü. Sadece banyomuzda bi gider sorunu oldu ama hemen yardımcı olmaya calıştılar o yüzden kendilerine tesekkür ederim. Otel çok merkezi bi yerdeydi. Otelin ambiyansıda cok hostu. Tavsiye ederim. Otopark olmaması üzdü ama cevresindeki alan genis oldugu icin sorun yasamadık.
