Yatakların altı toz içerisindeydi, oda temizliği yatakların temizliği kesinlikle iyi değildi. Ayrıca arkadaşlarımla beraber içmediğimiz türk kahvesi ve suların da hesaba eklenmesi nedeniyle çıkarken ciddi bir rakam istendi bizde adisyonları görmek istedik ve adisyonlara bakıldığında çok daha düşük bir rakam çıktı. Ayrıca beachde dahi suyu 50 tl'ye içmişken otelde 1 suya 100 tl yazılması bizi ayrıca şaşırttı. Kahvaltı 3 kişi olmamıza rağmen 2 kişilik geldi.(şöyle ki bazı ürünlerden sadece iki tane vardı.) Kahvlatıda göz yumurta istediğimde bir gün 1 tane diğer gün 2 tane geldi. Yani oturmuş bir düzen olmadığını gördük. Yine bazı ürünlerimiz (peynir gibi) kahvaltının bitmesine yakın geldi.

İşletmecisi o kadar tatlı ve güler yüzlü bir hanımefendi ki, neye ihtiyacımız olsa hemen tatlı diliyle yardımcı oldu. Kahvaltı da hem çok çeşitliydi hem de her şey taptazeydi. Bir dahaki gelişimizde yine hiç düşünmeden burayı tercih ederiz.

Alaçatı Tatili

Otelin dekorasyonunu çok beğendik ama işletmesini beğenemedik. Biz otelden ayrılmadan oteli kapatmaya başladılar. Hiç güler yüzlü değillerdi ve otelde son müşteri olmamıza rağmen ilgi alaka yoktu.Ayrıca çıkışta ekstra ücretlerden beklediğimizin üstünde fiyat çıkardılar.

1. No nos limpiaron la habitación, y pese pedirlo 3 veces siguieron sin limpiarla. Por ende, a la mañana siguiente no teníamos toallas ni papel higiénico. 2. Teniendo el desayuno pagado, al hacer el check out nos pretendian cobrar 30€ en café y una salchicha que en ningún momento nos habían avisado de que tenía coste extra. Encima nos trajeron más tazas de café de las que habíamos pedido. 3. Los recepcionistas nunca estaban en su puesto de trabajo, siempre en la terraza fumando y charlando. 4. De las 7 personas de personal solo 1 tenía mínimos conocimientos de inglés, el resto no sabían ni una sola palabra. Nos tuvimos que comunicar durante toda la estancia a través de escribir todo en google traductor. 5. Las hamacas de la piscina estaban sucias y en el suelo de la habitacion habían marcas de vasos de huéspedes anteriores.

Alaçatıya bilmem kaçıncı gelişim ama içlerinde ki en iyi otel diyebilirim. Otelin tüm çalışanları hep bir birinden iyi ve cana yakınlardı. Bebeğimizle gitmiştik ve tüm çalışanların bebeğimize olan cana yakınlıkları bizi çok mutlu etti. Tekrar görüşmek dileği ile.

Wir waren 2 Freundinnen und unser Aufenthalt ging 6 Nächte 7 Tage. 2./Bei der Anreise nach unserem Flug mit dem wir schon sehr früh am Morgen vor Ort waren haben wir unsere Zimmer erst um 14:30 Uhr bekommen statt 14:00 Uhr, da hat der ganze Spaß schon angefangen. 3./Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption (Dame), Ihr Name ist mir leider nicht bekannt, ist die reinste Katastrophe weder freundlich noch in Ihrem Arbeitsbereich Professionell. 4./Die Reinigung der Zimmer, was eigentlich jeden Tag durchgeführt werden muss bezüglich der Hygiene wurde nicht gemacht, außer wir haben die Mitarbeiter jeden Tag darauf angesprochen. 5./Das aller größte Problem war, das weder im Internet noch auf Booking und Expedia die richtige Adresse steht von der Unterkunft. 6./Beim Frühstück solltet Ihr aufpassen, es ist immer nur bis 11:30 Uhr und wir waren grade mal 2 min zu spät und uns wurde gesagt das wir, wenn wir noch Frühstücken wollen gerne extra zahlen können. (größte Frechheit ist mir bis jetzt in keiner anderen Unterkunft passiert)  7./Ich empfehle euch auch immer die Rechnung zur Kontrollieren bei der Abreise, bezüglich essen und trinken, wir hätten fast um die 500 TL mehr gezahlt, weil wir angeblich gefrühstückt haben sollen, was in dem Fall nicht gestimmt hat. 8./Das einzige Positive was ich dieser Unterkunft geben kann ist der Chef-Koch, das essen war sehr lecker und er hat immer positive Energie ausgestrahlt.
