The staff at the Fairmont were extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were cleaned and maintained daily. Loved having the beach steps from the hotel and access to beach chairs and umbrellas. The property was well maintained and beautiful! I wished the parking fees for guests were more reasonable.

I had a pleasant time during my stay. The host was very quick to reply and help if needed. My only thing is that our room did not look like the pictures. The beach in the photos I felt was nowhere to be found. I think it may be pictures from the beach at the hotel next door. Otherwise everything went great. I really have no complaints other than the fact that I felt a little cat fished but everything was still so beautiful! The location was great you were right in the middle of old San Juan and new San juan
