Great place to stay.. perfect location… staff is helpful and friendly. Property is well maintained and well kept. Shopping is great, especially food stores..))) for visit with lady friend, she’ll be amazed at choices… Restaurants are great and delicious… Love the place… Highly recommended!!!!

We spent 3 nights in a really large nice apartment suite with a balcony. We were next to the pool but it was quiet with a nice view of the lake and Monte Bre. The hotel overall is a bit tired and in need of fresh paint, but the grounds were very clean. We loved the pool for a cool break from the heat and crowds of Lugano. Its a trek to find restaurants, even with the bus stop. We found good dinners 12-15 minutes uphill or downhill and skipped dinner the last night. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Excellent hotel and a wonderful restaurant i had a lovely stay as a solo traveller with motorcycle . Very good breakfast and historic level dinner I will visit again

It was very comfortable for our family of four. It is located near the lake and has easy access to to public transportation. Desiré was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay nice and comfortable. Grazie! Breakfast was great. We would definitely stay there again!
