Good value. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very friendly stuff at the property. Free shuttle from 6 AM to 10:30 PM. I had to leave property at 4 AM and they offer shuttle to the airport for additional fee, which was very helpful. The drivers were on time. I needed the hotel just for a few hours to take a shower and sleep, and it was just perfect for me

The air conditioning was a joke. Our room had a portable unit that was terrible (and loud). The water condensation bin filled every 3 hours and we could not empty it ourselves. Emptying required a bucket, lifting the entire machine over the bucket, and unscrewing the bottom of the unit.

The room is very spacious with great patio and views. The room is clean and staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Drove from UK to Switzerland on a road trip... Great Hotel, with a beautiful view if you book the lake view room. Beautiful area where it is in Beatenberg... the staff very lovely and polite. Especially reception desk Valentina, very polite and lovely conversation. And also Gelson who was polite and always smiling and ready to help.. Will be returning next year too

Clean room. Good service. Liked the hand sanitiser dispenser in stairwells. Room was very quiet even with a busy road. AC was fantastic. Didn't have breakfast.

Clean, and location was good. Easy commutable. Rooms have small kitchen so we made our own breakfast , they need to equip one or more soup pot/ fry pan. Sometime not enough for family. Everything else was good. If you are renting car and need parking at / around. this place, please keep in mind it is expensive because there is rarely parking you can find outside on streets.
