Note when booking the rooms that some (like the triple) are shared bathrooms for the floor. It wasn't really a problem in our stay but obviously can be situationally inconvenient, especially overnight. No AC, which during European heatwaves these last few summers makes it very difficult to sleep and relax. Everything in Zurich is very expensive so this hotel may be good value in that light, but compared to almost anywhere else in the world, it is very poor value for the money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't have the breakfast, but did utilize the parking, which was close (not parkade).

I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

The hotel has great air conditioning! I was there during a heat wave & the room temperature could be adjusted unlike some other nearby hotels. The staff was polite and helpful. The tram is right outside the front door and only 3 stops to the train station. My only suggestion is to have a mini fridge. It would have been helpful for cold drinks and snacks during the heat wave.

Clean rooms, ease of close transportation, and lots of shopping right there.

Really wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Zürich. Room was clean and very comfortable, nice view over the Sihl river. Restaurant on property was well managed, service was great and the menu excellent.

We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!
