This was my first time staying at this hotel, as I was in town on business. It appears the hotel had recently undergone some remodeling when I stayed in September 2026, and the updates made the property feel clean, fresh, and well cared for. Overall, I had a very good stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The breakfast wasn’t anything exceptional, but it covered the essentials...hot waffles, coffee, juice, and a few other options. For a 2-star hotel, it was actually better than what I’ve experienced at many comparable properties. Overall, a comfortable stay and a good value.

Floor was filthy. I had to wet a wash cloth and clean it because it was making our feet black on the bottom! Bedding had stains on it. Dresser drawers were all broken. Bathroom was remodeled nicer than the entire room. Outside railing and had paint and metal chipping. Garbage all over. No coffee pot in the room.

The first room had water standing on the floor along the exterior wall. The second room had a minor issue with bugs

The room was good, appeared clean, and roomy. Bed was comfy and good pillows. The problems were in the bathroom. Neither the tub or sink drained properly, leaving dirty soapy water as they were being used. And the drain stopper in the sink didn’t work. The towels were pathetic, small and extremely thin. One of the hand towels had threadbare areas you could literally see through. The gentleman checking us in seemed to know very little about local restaurants. Fortunately another guest steered us to the Beast and Bird which was delicious. Breakfast was very limited, very small area. We chose to go elsewhere so I can’t say how it tasted.
