Elevator was down and we were on the 3rd floor. The hotel carpet is worn and not very clean. Our room was ok but not very clean.Needed A good vacuuming. Ac would not stay on and shower handle fell off when turned on. The hotel was cheap so we did t expect 5 star. This was more like 2 star at best. Bedding was clean and bed comfortable. Guy at the front desh was very nice.

Although my thermostat was set to 63, it never really cooled off during the two nights I stayed; the hot water was warm (at best), my room smelled like a wet basement, the refrigerator was not turned on when i checked in so I had no way of keeping my food cold until it had been running after I plugged it in, all of the juice was empty when I had breakfast, the dining room floor was sticky and none of the tables had been wiped down (breakfast started at 7 and I ate at approximately 7:30 so it wasn't like the dining area had been over-run before I got there). Housekeeping did pick up my room while I was at the VA hospital with my husband and the young man at the front desk was extremely helpful when I checked in

The best thing about my stay was the shower pressure and the staff.( Front desk & housekeeping) elevator broken, had to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs.

It took approximately 10 minutes before someone came to the front desk for check in. Elevator was not working. The bed broke when it was sat on and we were asked if we could still sleep on it before moving us to a different room. Not professionally ran at all.

The ice tasted really bad, ice machine needs to be cleaned, there were exposed wires running along the top on the hall, tub disnt drain well Pool was nice, was hoping for a hot tub but there was not one Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, room was average

It's fine for a quick place to stay and a good rate. The hallways look very dated. You can tell this hotel was mostly updated in the rooms, but not in some common areas.

The staff in the evening was nearly non-existent. Had to walk around the building to find the staff member running the desk. Took over 30 minutes to get into our room. The first room assigned to us was apparently occupied so we had to move from a single King room to a double Queen room. The whole experience was very inconvenient and unprofessional.

The room smelt of mildew, the entire motel just reeked. The lamp cover was dirty and didnt work. The remote for the tv didnt work. The tub didnt drain fully. The shower didnt get hot it just got luke warm. The only plus was the bed was okay and clean. Wouldnt stay again.

The was no do not disturb sign in the room. Not really a big deal just had to go get one. Sink drain was slow draining. All the wall outlets and outlets on the lamps were loose. I had to get creative to hold my chargers in place. The woman at the front desk was very nice and got me a few things i needed.
