This hotel is an absolute s**t hole. I got a deluxe room. Kitchen sink had no water, the Furnace Fan was going out so it was very loud, it was dirty as hell behind the bedside tables, outlets didn't work, the hairdryer had the electrical connections showing on the plug, shingles were scattered around the property, window screens were ripped, the mailbox was hit by someone and laying in the parking lot. Absolutely Ridiculous. Travelers want 3 things in a Hotel. Clean, quiet and everything to work. This had 0 of the 3.

Disappointed after a long day

At the 3/4 mark of our round trip to Las Vegas, I was looking for a comfortable bed, laundry and a hot tub. After searching for a bit I landed on this hotel, it was a bit further than I wanted to drive for that day but the pictures looked nice and had the things I wanted. WRONG. I checked in and the attendant was very nice. However, he also mentioned the hotel DID NOT have a hot tub. I explained that I specifically booked this hotel for these 3 reasons and the first picture when looking at this hotel is of a pool and a hot tub. Apparently these are just generic photos and does not depict what this hotel actually offers. My wife and I were very disappointed but said ok fine we'll just get laundry done and get to bed. Well, the washer was disgusting, definitely overlooked during cleaning as the rest of the place was pretty clean. The dryer seemed like it took all night to dry. I'd like to mention the attendant did go above and beyond to find dryer sheets for us. Once the laundry was finished and it was time for bed we quickly discovered the king bed falls to the middle pretty significantly. Neither of us got a good nights rest as we were constantly waking to readjust as the bed kind of caved in in the middle. The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and my mom loved her bed so ours could have been a one off issue.

Do not stay here!

This place was horrid, old, smelly. Holes in the walls, walls needed paint, tv’s need updating, terrible picture. Drains didn’t work, towels frayed and stained, mold in the bathroom! Never stay here again!

Good value

The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable. Shower was nice as well. A good value for the money. The decor, carpet, etc could use an update but would stay here again.

Unfortunately, my experience was not a pleasant one. We had 4 rooms at this hotel occupied. On our 2nd night there we were asked to leave the pool area due to a traveling nurses room that was right above the pool area. Well excuse me, we didn't see how that was our issue, the front desk lady was basically saying the nurses stay was more important than ours when we paid for our rooms just like she did, we paid for the swimming pool amenity, we paid for our room to be cleaned... Apparently, it was to noisy in the pool area for her to sleep. Not our problem, why would you put anyone in a room right next to a swimming pool area???There was no one at the hotel that could help us nor was they available when we checked out on Sunday morning. When I called to talk to a manager/supervisor the next business day he basically said he could not refund any payment since it was reserved thru Expedia. Let me also say that the pool was not closed until 10pm and this happened around 7:30-8pm and the front desk told my grandkids that it was now quiet time. We will not be going back to this hotel EVER. Besides this issue, I had to ask 3 times to have my mini fridge cleaned out. I eventually went to buy disinfectant wipes and my daughter in-law cleaned it out. The manager said he went with housekeeping after the 3rd time i asked for it to be cleaned and watched them clean it. I told him yea, they cleaned an already cleaned fridge because we literally did it ourselves. Very bad, never again.

Location was great but the people and housekeeping needs new staff ... Not only don't they clean under the beds but a couple lights didn't work .. the hot tub area in the room was horrible needed to be resealed .. there was mold and when jets turned on we were covered in rust particles and those lights did not wrk either
