It was the perfect place for a peaceful alone weekend.

Deferred maintenance, small Bathroom with no where to put your toiletries. Bed wasn't comfortable.

The facility and staff were excellent. Very professional and customer friendly. The breakfast was awesome and the dessert treats in the evening was an unexpected delight. The location was primo, everything we enjoyed was within walking distance. Would stay at this location without hesitation in future visits.

The best of experiences

Upon entering the room, there was a musty smell. There was also a loud clanking noise coming from the vent in the bathroom. The northeaster was coming through and it may have had something to do with high winds. The room was clean and neat and the bed was quite comfortable. Since it was off-season, parking was no problem for us. But again, since there was a northeaster, we parked in the parking lot right behind us. It was free because of the storm. It was supposedly higher ground. The surf club is only a block from the boardwalk and very convenient to everything.

It’s a nice cozy place. Breakfast was nice in the morning. Staff was friendly!

The linens were cheap quality. The towels were very thin and the the same small towels were used for the pool. The breakfast was a huge disappointment. They should just call that a snack which was cold cereal, bread, bananas, tea, coffee and waffles on a waffle machine that is so old should be in the trash it was so filthy. We declined to eat. The fire alarm went off while we were there and told that is a frequent event at least four times a week. The kitchenette is not equipped with any cooking ware to prepare food or to clean the sparingly dishes. And lastly, be prepared to mix with their tenants who live there. We did not feel completely safe will never visit again.
