Great location. Property looking a bit tired and dated. Typical big conference hotel.

All of expectations were exceeded for this hotel. The location and its proximity to the metro and numerous parks and restaurants was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was more spacious and comfortably equipped for all of my needs.

Breakfast was overpriced and the invoice given to me was incorrect and they have to redo it more than once to get the correct amounr

Always a pleasure to stay at the Arlo in DC. Staff i so friendly and accommodating. Our go-to place to stay, we love it here!

Tried messaging multiple times prior to check in to confirm check in process and possibility of checking in early, no response. Finally called upon arrival, was told they had to confirm my reservation and would call back, after waiting an hour, called 3x no answer, eventually spoke to someone else who said property was double booked and offered a different stay in a different location and smaller, not willing to do reasonable refund. They cancelled my reservation and were extremely unprofessional in handling the canceled reservation. Expedia had trouble reaching them 1 minute after closing and cancelling my reservation. Not worth the hassle of staying at another property they managed.
