Good service

Excellent service, spotless facilities, peaceful atmosphere, and all the amenities you’d want in a hotel. The staff truly put in extra effort to make sure we were happy with our room. Strongly recommended.

Thank you so much for hosting us! This was our first time visiting Da Lat, and we immediately felt very comfortable and welcome. Despite arriving very early in the morning around 1 AM, we were warmly accommodated and everything was made very easy for us. The service was quick, friendly, and very accommodating throughout our stay. The location was perfect for all the activities we wanted to do and made it easy to explore Da Lat. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room is spacious, beautiful, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is great. The hotel is out of town but there is a shuttle bus into town 5 times a day (each way). We came to stay and enjoy the resort so didn’t really go into town much. The view from our room is beautiful.

We stayed in the vip suite. It was one of the most unique rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were also amazing.

Great hotel. English is still a challenge for staff though.
