The thing I liked the most was the incredibly helpful staff. The room was clean, but the underlying old smell of cigarette smoke lingers and is very unpleasant. A coffee maker would have been to have in the room. Unfortunately I didn't find it worth the high price tag.

Everything was great. The staff were great. Close to everything. Love it I will come back.

Glorious property, 3-Star food, 5-star service.

The room was clean in the most basic sense of the word but the entire hotel is in a very poor state of repair. My 2 year old sliced his toe open on the wooden flooring in our room. The lift is from a time gone bye and barely functions. The bar is constantly closed as there is one member of staff running reception and the bar in the evening and they are “too busy”. Breakfast is very limited with a coffee machine that only half works, 4 croissants for around 30 people

A wonderful stay with elegant rooms, nice restaurant, attentive service, and thoughtful touches throughout. The staff made us feel welcome from arrival to departure. Would happily return.
