Room was either not attended to or was partially attended to when “refresh room” sign was left on door handle. Front desk staff were pleasant to deal with and attended to our calls about the situation but the same care and attention was not apparent in whoever attended to our room.

While I was overall happy with my stay, the hotel seems to have some issues with silverfish bugs (scattering bugs that were on the floor). I realize this is common with old buildings (vs from lack of cleanliness), but it should be addressed. I saw a couple every day and killed them. In terms of cleanliness, the key things in the room, like bathrooom and bedding seemed clean, but the walls look untouched with visible dirtiness. A quick wipe down would make a big difference. Despite the silverfish, I would stay here again.
