Staff was excellent. We had inquired about laundry services through the expedia app. When we arrived, she had researched local places, as the inhouse had a 24hour turnaround service, but we were only staying 1 night.

A beautiful quaint cottage apartment! Beautifully decorated. Spacious! Away from the hustle & bustle of the city. I loved the outdoor patio space -although there were a couple of cats that kept trying to come near me when I was sitting outside. (I’m allergic to cats.). Communication was great -quick exchanges. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more time at the cottage. We were there 2 nights and the days were spent in Kilkenny sight-seeing.

Excellent location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on-site has the best bacon and tomato relish sandwich that I’ll be back for. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying here.

Kid friendly and nice spot to be. Clean.

Close to everything we wanted to see. Easy check-in and great to have parking. Late check out was a bonus!
