This has now become our favourite hotel in fargo. The hotel is very clean and modern. The room is spacious, beds are comfortable, and the rooms have microwaves and fridges. The breakfast area has lots of seating. The breakfast selection is very good: eggs,sausages, fried potatoes, waffles (cinnamon and regular flavour), breads, pastries, muffins, cereal, fresh fruit, oatmeal, juices, coffee or tea and more. The lady that looks after the buffet keeps it very clean and restocks continually. There is a very nice outdoor area with tables and chairs to enjoy. The staff is friendly and there is ample parking. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

One of the absolute worst experiences we’ve had in a hotel. And we will definitely never come back again. Got assigned a room, but the room reeked like cigarette despite the hotel being non-smoking and despite the housekeepers “just having cleaned it”. We then got transferred to a different room, but the next room was filthy - dirty fridge, dirty walls, dirty bed, shower had hair and pubes, and the toilet had urine marks again despite the room “having been gone through by the cleaners”. We got transferred a room the third time, but before this the head housekeeper did a “pre-inspection” of the room - despite the pre-inspection we came into the room and one of the pillows was dirty (!!!), the windows were full of dirty fingerprints, and the shower wasn’t in the best condition. We also found out later on in the day that the fridge wasn’t cooling properly and their solution was to offer to put our food in their storage freezers “in the back of the hotel” which meant that we wouldn’t have easy access to our food so we had to bring in our own cooler and put our food there for the night. Other noticeable poor amenities - the lobby was warm (the AC wasn’t enough to cool the lobby) and there is seemingly no elevators. The stairs that they have is also poorly maintained as each step you make the stairs make a loud noise. And the hallways have an awful smell. Don’t spend your money here. Even if you get a room at a discounted price - it’s not worth it.
