Our room was moldy. I smelled it the first time I walked in. My sister and niece didn't smell it until the third day. We turned the fan on in the bathroom to try to get the smell out but it shut off after a certain time. I had ankle surgery and had a sock on my non injured foot. The sock was filthy the first day from the dirty floor. We would've asked for another room but we had a lot of stuff among the three of us and I couldn't help. Breakfast was lacking. Instead of having the eggs and sausage in warming pans, they were in the fridge and had to be microwaved. The biscuits weren't good and there's no telling how old they were. I saw the staff put them in a plastic container after breakfast was over. I don't know how many days they were put back out. I didn't try the gravy because my sister and niece both said it was awful. I had sausage and egg on a biscuit my first day. I thought I saw someone fix oatmeal but it turned out that it was grits. I don't like grits. The staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints there.

Very beautiful property, peaceful atmosphere. It’s great to celebrate a special event with sos. Dislikes- shower gel dispensers were hard to maneuver. My room was smaller than I thought it would be. I did not like my view of parking lot.

9:30 pm attempted to enter our room. Key didn’t work, 4 trips to front desk and 50 minutes of wait time until they determined it was an expired battery and gave us entrance Upon checkout we were treated gracefully and PROMISED A FULL REFUND. please be aware of this and execute the refund…. I like the rooms were not carpeted! The only problem we had was the walls were thin!!!!

sink did not drain properly in room, fridge smelled of fish, sticky floors leaving bare feet brown

Rooms were nice and clean, they wanted to charge us a $25 fee to check in early. Never heard of that.
