Great getaway The lady at the front desk Friday ( 7/10/26 was very nice. Check in super easy. Their breakfast was 10 out of 10. The pool felt like it was heated. Shower pressure was great. Overall, a great stay. Clean room and check out guy was very friendly.

The room I was assigned smelled musty and was damp—there was excessive humidity—and for some reason, the thermostat wasn't working; the temperature would rise to 80 degrees in the middle of the night. The service from the receptionists during the night shift was terrible; I stood waiting for at least 30 minutes to be helped, and when my turn finally came, a person who hadn't waited in line started asking questions, so I was told to wait even longer. Afterward, the communication was poor; nothing was explained to me they simply asked for my card, charged me, and handed me the room key. I wasn't told what time breakfast was served, nor was I shown where my room was located. They offer a continental breakfast, but it isn't included you have to pay for it separately yet I hadn't been informed of this. I stayed for two nights, and the room was never cleaned or tidied up; I will not be returning to that place.

It was a horrible experience from the moment I arrived.
