I loved the way the staff welcomed us when we got there. They treated us to a complimentary cocktail. The staff was super friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Location is central and enabled us to walk everywhere! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Im only not giving it 5 stars because even though the rooms were spacious and comfortable, they are very stuffy and humid. Honestly it smelled like mold. Our room had no windows so it was very dark even with all lights on. My daughters’ room had a balcony so it was well lit but despite that, it was still very stuffy. By the timeI Ieft I had a runny nose and was nonstop sneezing, and I have no doubt it was related to all the moisture in our room.

What an amazing experience! We spent our honeymoon at Voila and loved every moment. The hotel was clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The staff was outstanding, and the location was perfect—everything was within walking distance. We chose a balcony room and it was the best decision. Breakfast was delicious, and we can’t wait to come back!
