The front desk Jorge Perez was extremely rude and nasty, I booked this hotel for a night and did not even stay. He insisted I show him my ID multiple times. I could not believe the attitude he displayed towards me.

Ac wouldn’t work in the room, had to ask several times for the ac to be put to the maximum and one particular front desk agent kept playing games putting it at 23 degrees then after making a problem about it puts it to 20, when the previous agent was able to do it with no issues for my friends room. They couldn’t accommodate and couldn’t compensate for any of their wrongs.

States that there’s a jacuzzi or hot tub but you can never access or use it, it needs to be booked in advance and it’s filthy so even if you got it you wouldn’t want to use it.

No hot water for an entire day at the property, room was offered to be switched the next morning since they were fully booked. So I went a whole day and night without any hot water to shower or freshen up.

Not safe ! When i got out of the shower. The hotel sold the room to other person that entered the room with a new key. I was in shock ! What could happen if I wasn’t there. Someone can take your stuff and leave ! I ask compensation hotel didn’t want to give nothing. Thanks to orbitz that saved me from that horrible place. Also. Air conditioning is real bad. Its central and maintained from the reception. You can’t control it and the room was too hot i asked to change a room because i felt too hot with no air. The other room was too cold at night and no windows at the rooms. This hotel looks nice from the outside but real bad from inside. Breakfast is nothing like buffet. You get 1 plate of choice and it’s not much. I really had bad experience at this place and wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there. Read this review real good and choose other place and stay safe !

We were within walking distance of restaurants, shops & the BEACH. I didn’t enjoy the breakfast so much we were told if we order pancakes couldn’t get eggs or vice versa! But next door had great menu. Nobody really spoke alot of English so have your translation ready. Overall I enjoyed it.
