Breakfast was convenient and delish; enjoyed the food being made for us. The glamping experience was wonderful, it was SO NEAT. It was in a great area - walking distance to Ocotal beach and the beachfront had a wonderful restaurant: Father Rooster. We had a vehicle, driving into Cocoa beach which was about a 10 min drive was awesome too.

Some old stuff needs replacement

This property was absolutely stunning. Beautifully decorated throughout. The breakfast that’s included with your stay was great with amazing ocean views from the restaurant. The staff was incredible, helping with anything and everything. The villa itself was amazing. Beautiful sunset views and the swim out pool was to die for.

This place could be so much better. The bathroom has no vent, and the smell from the water was musty and moldy. And the staff aren't really helpful cause I didn’t know where to find stuff. We got no help finding our room. We had to figure things out ourselves. Also, as a Haitian investor, I didn’t see the Haitian flag there. All the flags from other countries were there, but not my flag. Very strange to see that. We need to do better as people.

Excellent stay, different mindset, of a luxury guesthouse with residences vs a typical international-standard hotel. Once inside your residence apartment, you will find a generous combination of materials, marble, natural wood fortitude, luxury ceramics, and fully equipped kitchen off of a decor magazine. The hotel pool bar is the only hang out area, where you get everything from your breakfast to afternoon drinks (no other meals offered). Love to stay there, clean, close to everything, I booked the golf cart with them as well. Easy and very helpful with all the questions I had.
