My biggest issue was how slippery the shower was, I'm surprised I didn't break any bones but did bruise my elbow and arm. I've never slipped in a shower before in my life, I know I'm coming up to 40 but pretty sure it wasn't anything to do with me!! There is no grip at all on the floor of the shower. There is a "warning: slippery" sign but it honestly wasn't clear what the sign was for, I thought it was for floors stepping out of the shower honestly. If you have mobility issues I would strongly recommend DON'T come here unless you don't intend on showering, as it was a bit of a death trap even for myself with no mobility issues!! I decided to bring down the stars to 2 because of that as a hospital visit really would have ruined my trip!

It was as if the cleaner had gotten distracted as the room had only been partly cleaned -the loo did not have a bin liner. The toilet had not been cleaned and the floor not hoovered. There was garbage under the mattress. There was only one towel per person and nowhere to hang towels or put stuff. The hallway had garbage on the floor in the common areas that was there on both days. Minimal is OK, but there was a sense of lacking. Thankfully front desk staff were great and always there, and the room was quiet.

Lovely staff but having to leave your room and pay for tea and coffee was really annoying. I wanted a cuppa in bed but had to get up, get dressed, struggle through securit doors to get one.

I am very disappointed

I was not able to stay at the hotel, I tried to change my date, because of health issues, but they rejected. Nomater that I contacted them a week in advance. I only asked my date to be changed and I can pay the difference, their answer was that I will be fully charged for the both nights and they can't accept my health issue as exception.
