Do not get a massage they are SELECTIVE about who they want to massage. And they room service is terrible took three hours for someone to bring us a sandwich so terrible isn’t worth it in the end

Amazing experience it was our second time back and was as good as the first . Great size room for the family only negative I would say is the heavy doors made a loud Bang luckly people were not in there rooms late or this could of ruined the Stay .

Great Hotel but very disappointed that seems i had only room where aircon wasnt working and part of me choosing a hotel is that i have Aircon. They did supply me Fans as alternative but were unwilling to move me. Also, paid charge for Car Park that i thought was steep at £20 for overnight and when paid i didnt get a receipt. Reception said theyd send but havent received as yet and need. Apart from Aircon and cost Parking nice comfortable resort Hotel

Two night break

Got parking in Red underground car park. Adjacent to leisure suites and lifts to reception. Booked 2 nights in a Signature room, very comfortable and spacious. On floor 6 where dedicated lounge for Signature residents provides free tea and coffee, complimentary glass of Prosecco and 2 for 1 cocktails. Used the Steak on 6 restaurant for excellent breakfast each morning. Ate in The grill restaurant on first night, lovely food and great staff. Ate in Pad restaurant on second night great food, Asian style. Long trek from main hotel to this venue but helped by escalators. Needed cooler air conditioning here. Used the Minstrels bar for drinks in evening. Busy but good service. Good leisure pool. Hotel asks to book all meals and venues in advance on they app very tiresome procedure. Book with hotel instead. Great break
