Property is not new. Need some maintenance. Staff is great. Room is very clean. Breakfast is wonderful!

I had a very enjoyable stay with no problems. It was difficult to fit the luggage cart in the elevator but otherwise everything was great. I was disappointed to find that the laundry wasnt a facility but rather was a service so I couldn't do laundry at my leisure. But there was a lavenderia nearby so it worked out alright. It was noisy from traffic during the world cup match especially but I plan to stay again.

The staff helped us when we really needed it. We had an emergency and they couldn't have handled the situation any better. They are very friendly and professional! Thanks to all.

Amazing experience

The hotel is well-located and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping malls, and more. My experience was not great. Internet service was poor, not supporting WhatsApp calls or texts, and it was complicated to request an Uber under those circumstances. Hotel staff was not friendly at all, particularly the front desk; I’m not demanding that all of them be nice, but the main one must be. A/C broke off late at night; not resting was hot for me. The next day, the A/C technician, without knocking, got into the room; I was without clothes. The housekeeper knocked to check how many beverages and snacks had been taken from the minibar. I was not interested in interacting with so many people in the morning, but unfortunately it happened. I need an extra day, but the front desk people told me there was no availability at the moment. I have to find a new hotel where I can rest and be supported by hotel staff who will help the client find solutions rather than be rigid, especially when we are far from home. Based on my experience, I don't recommend it. Very unsatisfying experience
