I was hoping that the reviews were not true but it is true. There are roaches and ants in the room. I can also see roach sticky pads and ant baits under the couch and on the side of the fridge. Very gross. The rooms are outdated but it was nice that there is AC. The best part was the location. It was very convenient to everything such as shopping and restaurants. But because of convenience, the location is noisy but it was not an issue for me. Parking is very limited onsite but I did not have an issue. There was also street parking if needed.

Great location, quiet. Unit pretty dark and very dated looking. Had all the amenities I needed.

Check-in was a little tricky because a huge tour bus got off right in front of us so that took probably 45 minutes. But the property was nice and we could see the luau from our room.

Our room was lovely, very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have a car, so we had to catch the local bus to the nearest shops. The bus was free which was an extra bonus. The Royal Sea Cliff is a nice resort.

This property was wonderful! Clean and best of both worlds- a hotel that had everything we needed (all we had to do was ask if we needed fresh towels or coffee, etc.) but set up like a little condo with living room, lanai, kitchen, and two bedrooms. It even had a laundry machine that was very convenient. Would gladly stay again!
