The air conditioning was a god send. It worked really well. We loved the view of the ocean and the walkability to the town. The hot tub was closed which we were disappointed about. The pool was open though. The condo could have been cleaner saw some cobwebs and dead bugs. But we didn’t really care about that. Staff was helpful and quickly responsive if we needed anything. I would say overall I would give this place 5/5 for experience, location, and charm. It had a 2-3 star hotel like aura about it. Ex: Things a bit dated. Smaller space. Mirror walls.

Ive stayed at this property many times, its clean, quiet and next to the few black sand beaches with fishing and diving a short walk or drive away. Peaceful country retreat. Just stop by a grocery store and stock up and you'll enjoy your stay. Naalehu and Pahala is close by for gas and supplies. Enjoy your Stay...

We had a great time here. Spent a lot of time at the pool with our two kids (10 and 11). Isn’t much food near by so we ate at the pool quite a bit. The food was good and affordable but often took a long time to get because they didn’t have a lot of staff. Appreciate the coin operated laundry and microwave on each floor.
