Booked at this hotel 100% because of the hot tub and pool; both were not available. Because we didn’t book directly with the hotel, we couldn’t cancel or get any consideration. Very frustrating. Good breakfast and clean room.

Everything was good but my bathroom was not clean. There was black hair all over the place. It was in the sink a long with toothpaste, in the tub and black pubic on the toilet.
