Very helpful and friendly staff, comfortable rooms and brilliant location.

The room was spotless when I arrived. Staff was attentive from entry to exit. Breakfast buffet was delicious. And I am grateful for the quality air conditioning and even better views.

Very difficult to enter the property many times waiting outside for long periods for someone open the door and when It’s hot it’s not great. Breakfast offer was very poor and they provide breakfast as small rations. We arranged a premium Interior on arrival we were told we were upgraded to an outside room. The room was so noisy it was basically like being on the street outside. I imagine someone else complained and got moved and we ended up In this room. Would not stay here again there are much better choices in Barcelona.

Couldn't have been more happy with our stay. The staff were AMAZING and so welcoming. The hotel is very clean and I am very impressed with the quality of the rooms. The staff made sure we were comfortable, on one night we came back to the hotel soaked from a storm and the staff showed concern making sure we got everything we needed ( water, tea bags, new towels). The location of the hotel is great. Everything is walking distance, lots of restaurants within a few blocks and lots of bikes to rent. We felt very safe. Would highly recommend and will be coming back in the future.
