Overall it’s just ok. Instructions are a bit iffy. Like taking the trash out gave special instruction but I checked out on Sunday and it said not to put the trash inside the container until the morning it is picked up which is Monday??? Says to bring it to an offsite place if not on a pick up day but it’s closed on Sunday??? Like I said it was OK the place was clean just really dated and there was a lot of outside noise that can be heard. The price was good so I would stay again. I will say the people at check in and out were just ok as well. They were not mean or rude but they were also not very happy or smiling. Also bringing the keys back there at checkout is very annoying. Should be able to leave them in the room

This one is all about pros & cons. *Pros: spacious townhouse, great amenities(multiple pools- indoor & outdoor, lazy river, hot tub, beach, sporting areas, putting greens, activities etc), restaurants "on site"/ within 5 min drive, very beautiful setting, great price. *Cons: complicated check in process after 5p, check in was 10 min away from property by car which is several miles away & it was complicated trying to find out unit- especially in the dark, townhouse was very outdated & worn, we had a giant roach("palmetto bug" 2-3" long) in our room upon entry & front desk seemed unphased but said they could send someone to spray if we saw more, amenities cost extra ($6.50/ per person per day & you must pay that amount for each day of your stay!)& take several minutes to drive to, there are bears that wander the property & you must be careful if walking anywhere, you are the expected to clean up /take out garbage & put all sheets & towels in bag etc. Though feeling a little like we dealt with some "false advertising " in certain ways, it was still a nice overall time once we got past a few things.

Our room was very clean and modern. The breakfast baskets in the morning were a very nice touch. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at The Restoration.

The property is absolutely gorgeous! From the spa to Stag, the restaurant on property did not disappoint. The only thing disappointing was we couldn’t stay longer!!

I was supposed to have a premium king room, but got a room with a wall 15 feet from our window. The reception desk forgot to text us when the room was ready leaving us with no room to choose from because everyone else had checked in. I got sick from the food which lasted 3 days.
