This hotel is rated far too highly! The service at the front desk was terrible. The staff was rude, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful. The customer service was extremely poor, and the rooms were in terrible condition and clearly not well maintained. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, and the bed linens were old and worn out. When I complained, they simply said, “That’s just how it is,” and refused to do anything about it. I paid for insurance that would have allowed me to stay another night, but I have decided to give up that option and move to another hotel instead. Terrible experience! I sincerely hope I never have to stay here again.

The pool and pool table were the highlight of the property!

Solidly mediocre. The walls are paper thin, the sheets were not clean. The ac was awesome

Atendimento não foi como eu esperava e a comida do restaurante nao estava boa! Atendentes mau humorados e antipaticos. Pelo porte do hotel e valor da diária deveriam treinar melhor os funcionários! Diferente disso, a equipe do café da manhã são ótimos e o café uma delicia e super completo!

This hotel is far out of town. It is near nothing. A/c leaked very badly on floor. Bathroom was nice with plenty of room

as tomadas são de difícil acesso (dificultando o carregamento de telefones e impossibilitando o uso de laptop se precisar deixar o laptop ligado na tomada). Funcionários simpáticos.
