Tive uma experiência agradável durante minha estadia neste hotel. A localização é conveniente, com fácil acesso a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e transporte. As instalações são bem cuidadas, com quartos limpos, confortáveis e silenciosos, ideais para descansar após um dia cheio. O atendimento da equipe foi cordial e atencioso, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações ou necessidades durante a hospedagem. O café da manhã oferecido foi variado e saboroso, com opções que agradam a diferentes gostos. A limpeza dos ambientes comuns também merece destaque, assim como a segurança e organização do local. Em relação ao custo-benefício, considero justo pelos serviços prestados. Como sugestão de melhoria, poderia haver uma maior variedade de itens no frigobar ou opções adicionais de lazer no próprio hotel. Ainda assim, minha experiência foi bastante positiva e, com certeza, recomendaria este hotel para quem busca conforto, boa localização e um atendimento de qualidade.

As instalações precisam de renovação. A limpeza estava ok. Estranhei o fato de as camas estarem apenas com um lençol, sendo que normalmente elas já vêm arrumadas com edredom e cobertor. Como o lençol não era de vestir o colchão, não parava na cama. Café da manhã satisfatório.
