Great place with a lot of greenery set on a beautiful hillside. The best aspect of the hotel for sure would e the heated pool and jacuzzi area, but they also have comfortable rooms and a free breakfast.

Ótimo hotel, mas precisa rever algumas coisas

A estrutura do hotel é ótima. O espaço é lindo e aconchegante. Os funcionários são simpáticos e educados. Entretanto, há pontos de melhoria que precisam ser revisados pelo hotel. Em relação ao quarto, foi tudo ok, mas não há aquecedor (fiquei nos apartamentos e não no chalé). A acústica é muito ruim. A pessoa hospedada no quarto de cima, arrastava a cadeira, deixava cair algo no chão, era como se o barulho fosse dentro do quarto. Em relação ao café da manhã, foi decepcionante. Os produtos de péssima qualidade e uma bagunça que nunca vi igual. Muita gente se esbarrando, a salsicha ruim (daquelas que estufam), ovo estranho, linguiça de péssima qualidade, bolo duro, sem variedade e arrumação. Deveriam organizar outro espaço para o café da manhã e colocar coisas de qualidade e gostosas, fiquei decepcionado porque outros hotéis da região, mais baratos, oferecem um café da manhã muito melhor. Enfim, em relação ao local e atendimento, merece uma ótima nota. Em relação ao café, nota zero. Vi uma zona de terror, espero que o gerente puxe as câmeras e trace um plano para evitar aquela bagunça que estava hoje (07/07) e insiram produtos melhores, potencial tem é só querer.

Ótima estadia e limpeza, poderiam melhorar no café da manhã com reposição das coisas pois teve dias que fomos as 9:00 que já estava faltando bastante coisas e não teve reposição. Do resto é um hotel muito bom e aconchegante.

O hotel é bom, mas pelo preço esperava muito mais. Os quartos não têm uma acústica boa, nem privacidade. O café da manhã tem poucas opções pelo valor da diária e o espaço de jogos fecha 22 horas, limitando o tempo de descontração. O ambiente é bem limpo, mas os edredons do quarto estavam meio sujos. O espaço/meio ambiente é lindo e bem grande, mas os quartos são muito básicos e os travesseiros não são confortáveis. Não pretendo voltar, pois não achei que tem um bom custo benefício.

Nossa experiência foi muito boa, de uma maneira geral. Os funcionários foram super educados e solicitos o tempo todo. A comida também era muito boa. Tinha só um único funcionário atendendo todo o restaurante e ele foi incrível. Ficamos num quarto simples, mas ok, estava limpo e arrumado. Confesso que nós só sentimos falta foi de funcionários ajudando na logística pra estacionar e descarregar as malas. Esse ponto é bem inconveniente, se você for ficar no chalé 5, como o nosso. É o mais alto da montanha e fica super distante de onde podia estacionar. Tem muitas subidas e escadarias até lá, então subir com criança de 3 anos, cachorro e mais as malas foi bem cansativo.
