I had been booked elsewhere for three nights and needed to extend my stay by one night. The hotel I was at was unable to keep me in my room so since I had to pack up anyhow I switched to the Fairmont. I stay at this hotel often and always have a wonderful stay but this time was different and better! I arrived early and they upgraded me to a higher level room, and then they also got me in my room early! A beautiful room on the third floor. I went to an event that night and returned home to my bed turned down, the blinds lowered, slippers on the floor next to my bed and a beautiful carafe of water and a glass. This is why you stay at the Fairmont. Also - the hotel bar makes the very best cocktails! Tell them what you like and don't like and let them create! I promise it will not disappoint.

We where staying one night so we didnt use the hotel to its fullest The restaurant was closed on Sunday Our room was spacious and clean and most of all the bed was comfortable The front desk was very helpful

The room was clean and spacious, the check-in was quick and courteous, the hotel was well kept, and the breakfast was generous. I was surprised that there was no microwave in the room, however, and that the AC/heating was so noisy. Otherwise, a comfortable and pleasant stay.
