Ramada could do better.

Dark and dreary room, very little lighting especially the bathroom. Clean enough but badly needs a refresh. Good breakfast and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Blinds or net curtains would be great on the ground floor windows. I expected more from Ramada.

They advertise that they have a Sauna and Hot tub. But both have been broken for over a year, and they do not plan on fixing them. I do not believe that they should be allowed to advertise having certain amenities that aren't available. Expedia needs to mandate that they change their ad, and reimburse a % of the cost!

The room had a couple of miss matched chairs in the entry, All the furniture was old. Had a very active upstairs neighbor so that's all I heard. Breakfast was ok and beds ok. Front end staff was nice. Would never stay here again

Was not the first time we stay here in Campbell River ramada. First time we are really disappointed. Room service was next to nothing; first day, room was done and next ansolutely nothing, imagine garbage not picked up, beds not made, etc.

Reasonable price, good location. Lots of towels, shampoo and conditioner provided. Breakfast was good, kitchen guy very entertaining..quiet enough However, Holes in the bed sheets, The room was unclean. Found a random chicken nugget on the floor- no one had McDs in our group. Other random things on the floor and not much attention to " unseen" areas. Dust clinging to the sides of furniture, flaking paint and ugly drywall repair half done. But the pool was open. The windows were so dirty you could hardly see through then. Carpet was frayed and there were screws sticking up ( ouch) in the transitin from wood to carpet. Used to stay here 4 years ago. It was quite acceptable. Not any more.

This is a dated multistory motor inn that is showing its age. It was fine for a 2-night getaway. The room, king-size bed and large bathroom were good. It has a heated indoor swimming pool but the hot tub and sauna are out of service. For travelers with mobility issues, ensure you book a ground floor unit (accessible) to avoid climbing stairs. The inn is located 5 km south of Campbell River with just one adjacent restaurant in walking distance. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful.

It was fairly quiet given right next store to an extremely popular restaurant, somebody, probably drunk, kept trying to get into my room; and the plumbing needs some work BUT the best was amazing, sunrise incredible and it was right across from the ocean with beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
