The good: The gentleman handling night check in was very kind and helped us check in agter hourd. He was very accommodating.
The bad: EVERYTHING else. As a family of 4, we booked the family "suite". The 2nd queen bed was a Murphy bed. When we folded it down, it was clear the bed looked disheveled. I was hopeful it waa just because of how the bed folds up. But the top sheet was all crumpled beneath the comforter and it was very clearly slept in. I looked at the sheets and they were visably dirty. There were black chunks of dirt and even some delightful body hairs stuck to the sheets. I tried calling the number to ask for clean sheets but it goes to a voicemail that asks you to leave a message for during business hours (and never actually lets you leave a message). The couch was tiny and not much cleaner. So we crammed 2 adults and 2 kids into a tiny queen bed (which was clean). We obviously had no sleep. We were awoken by a delightful 7am racket from the neighbours rickety glass door as they banged on it.
I would have demanded a refund and complained if the front desk had anyone there (after the nice man who let us in left, it was locked up).
TERRIBLE stay was an understatement. This establishment should be ashamed of its poor customer service and filthy rooms. Expecting people to sleep in a bed thats dirty cam lead to diseases.
Also, staff was supposed to turn off the online booking system so people cant arrived late to a locked door (like we did) but forgot.
TERRIBLE!!
