Included breakfast was very poor, no fruit, no meat, you paid extra for bacon and sausage, cereal was highly processed, no granola or muesli, bed was hard and terrible pillows, this was also not a cheap hotel to stay at, I would not stay here again, best was the view but most hotels in town have great views

Pool, views and breakfast

Pleasant enough, but issues with the pool. Freezing cold and the hot tub was closed. The inclusive breakfast selection was very limited, and at peak times ran out of food meaning long waits. Stayed on floor 3 near the pool, views of the water were limited due to the roof of the restaurant.

I like they take dogs, the location, the view. They need to have a microwave for use on the included breakfast because the food, eggs, pancakes etc is not even warm. No meat in the breakfast items.

The recently renovated rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. Great view over the water. Location was conveniently close to tourist attractions and restaurants. The front desk staff person Laura was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated having breakfast included, but the breakfast options were limited and identical each day. We enjoyed the pool but were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order.

Property is really run down. Lock on our sliding door was broken. Spiders around lights in hallway. Ocean view means partial. Panoramic means full view. We had a building blocking our view. Wouldn’t stay here again. .

Beautifully renovated, very comfy beds

Have stayed here before a few years ago and it was old and underwhelming. I’m so glad we came back! They’ve put a lot of effort into renovations and upgrades, including comfy beds and linens. Will definitely come back and it won’t take 9 years this time!

This was a convenient place to spend a quick overnight stop in Campbell River. I wouldn't consider it a "destination" hotel, but it was a comfortable place to spend the night. The complimentary continental breakfast was OK, but it served its purpose of filling us up before we hit the road.

Amazing view in the lobby and the room. Friendly helpful staff at the front desk and in the halls and outside. So pleasant. Immaculate room, comfortable beds and everything you could ask for. Inviting, clean, and large room for the whole family’s comfort as there was a king bed in a separate bedroom for privacy. Reasonably priced and the complimentary light breakfast was perfect. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Great place!
