This place was rundown and very dirty. Everything was old the toilet was falling through the floor, the sink and vanity were not attached to the wall. The paint was peeling and the windows were filthy.

This was a great stay! We visited Fredericton to see my relatives again after 47 years; and to go whale watching in St Andrews. This property is older and provides many function rooms abd facilities like a swimming pool and infrastructure that is less commonly seen in newer builds, which are more spartan. The breakfast bar was superb and the room was very clean. The aircon worked very well. After about 300000 km of travel and 50 international flights in my life, living and working in 4 countries, I rate this stay 4.6 out of 5 and would gladly stay again. Very competitive and what was advertised on the tin is what you get! The counter staff were very helpful and pleasant at all times. Pricing was also competitive and we were surprised by the room size, which was generous for the price.

Best room I’ve had there ever! Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Hope I can get the same room next time! Staff obviously entered our room and gave us new hand towels, but forgot to replace the face cloths, but problem rectified no problem. Breakfast and supper selection was great. We will return.
