Carpet was wet, sliding door was left open and we were on the ground floor. Housekeeper knocked at 8 repeatedly waking us as she was ready to clean. The linens are worn & the bathroom needs tile repair. Carpet was so wet we couldn’t go barefoot & having the air conditioner on cause humidity.

Incredibly average. Hallway carpet was in need of cleaning. Charged for parking adjacent to strip mall lot. No breakfast. Room was typical hotel. For $200 I’d like to have had a better experience

La habitación que me dieron 117 sucia, pedí a recepción me limpiaran la cama y al siguiente día ( sábanas con sangre ) hablé con el manager y solo me dijo que hablara con hotels.com que ellos me reembolsarían.
