Dear Madam or Sir, I really like the property, location, and overall design. However, the building and some of the amenities still appear dated and have not yet been remodeled or updated, In particular, the wine-glass tub, sauna room, and furniture could benefit from modernization and refurbishment to provide a more updated and comfortable guest experience. When we arrived, there were signs that said split rock is closed for renovations until further notice. Sorry for the inconvenience. We called the main line and they said to go to their other property… Which looked just as deserted. No big signage for the main desk or the main lobby. It ruined our trip. The kids were scared. We drove back home. Would never attempt to stay here again.

Me and my children take a family trip every year. We’ve made it a family tradition we like staying at Lake Harmony and Big Boulder and where I stayed this weekend was very nice. It’s very cozy very clean and neat and we had fun. I love the hot tub and will be back again. Thank you.
