We were put upstairs above the office/laundry. Pool noise and downstairs noise wasn't very relaxing. The dead bolt wouldn't lock from the inside. My husband locked himself out and had to use a CC to get back into the room because the front desk is open all night. I informed the staff at check out, and they made comments that indicated to me they already knew. I told them is was a safety issue and maybe a legal issue. They just stared at me. No: thank you. No: we will let management know. Just "ok". This was an anniversary. Not impressed. Won't stay again.

We loved staying at Golden Haven spa. The room was comfortable and large. We loved having our own mineral springs tub in our room with the nice epsom salts. Had a wonderful mud and massage at the spa. It was a great stay! Highly recommend and we'll be back!

Nice, clean and cozy! Staff were welcoming/helpful, and our room was more spacious than we anticipated. The mud bath experience was top tier!! So relaxing and the highlight of our 3 day trip. Loved the surrounding area, and I’d definitely visit again.

This spa has it all-from beautiful rooms (we had one with a mineral water tub) to a large mineral swimming pool and two temperatures of hot, smaller pools. They also have massages of all kinds, mud baths, bocci ball, free bikes and other fun things to do. We will definitely return!
