The place was dated and the air conditioning worked fairly well, breakfast was horrible.. had to wait for coffee refill and we left waiting!

Room was nicely appointed but needed better vacuuming and under sink in the corners needed cleaning, visible hair in corners. Should consider wiping walls where others have spilled coffee product near table. Overall nice stay and would return.

We stayed one night after visiting the zoo and before exploring Meijer Gardens (10 minute drive). Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, beds comfortable (we had a 2 queen bed suite with pull out couch). Convenient location, though not a place to get outside and walk anywhere. Breakfast was much better than the average hotel breakfast - typical offerings, but well stocked. The pool looked nice, but our grandkids were too tired to swim!

There was remodeling going on that was not disclosed prior to stay or when we arrived. We were not even told where breakfast would be the day we left and the lobby was under construction. Our a/c unit and the carpet was wet in our room.
