I didn’t like the fact that they charged me for checking me in a few hours early as I had an early flight and I had no where else to go. Having said that the hotel is well situated within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was very good and presentation was great , the restaurant staff were also top notch . The property is upscale in the way it’s set up.

An amazing hotel close enough to the center of the old town without being in the middle of everything. A beautiful building and our room was great!

Overall really nice experience, just have to improve the noice insolation on rooms located facing the main road.

Great location, friendly staff.

The property is located in a great location in Quito, lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. You need to press a buzzer to have a staff member come and physically let you in every time. An automated unlock would be nice but not huge issue. The breakfast was good, they cooked fresh eggs to your liking. The only detractor was some cleanliness issues with our room, mainly a used bar of soap left in the shower from a previous guest. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location with views across the valley & beyond to Cayambe volcano. Room spacious and clean, breakfast very good & dinner was also excellent & reasonably priced. Staff always on hand to help if needed. The heated swimming pool is a bonus, a gym if you want more exercise. 10 minutes in a taxi to the historic centre & botanical gardens. A great stay
