Nice location. Beautiful views from adult pool area. Well appointed rooms (illy coffee and Molton Brown products). Staff is friendly but useless. Coffees ordered did not arrive, check in took long, they tried to upsell us on an “special offer” that was way above Expedia pricing. Also upon arrival there was no electricity in the room and later one of our bathrooms turned out to have no water. All was fixed quickly but I expect not to have to call for these basics at this price. An apology never came either. Lastly: I think the Laguna/kids area pool is subpar: fake grass, muddy lounging area, hot; no views. Feels more like a three star area

Beautiful hotel, great service. Room and facilities were clean and well maintained.

The hotel was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. I would maybe stay close to Ibiza town next time just because it’s a bit far by taxi to go into town for everything. But that has nothing to do with the hotel. Our first day we had lunch at the restaurant by the pool. It was actually terrible and the menu choices really need to be expanded. The air conditioning in the hallways and elevator were non existent and in the room it was pretty good but we prefer it colder. The breakfast buffet was the highlight. They really do a beautiful breakfast with an abundance of choices! The staff at the front desk were nice.

We were away for our first girls trip to Ibiza. The villa exceeded all expectations. The welcome from the staff was super. Friendly and informative. The pictures of the villa do not do it justice. Everything had been thought of- kitchen was well quit for Brits with a kettle and a n’espresso machine. The pool was perfect and cleaned daily with separate towels provided. You can order breakfast direct to the villas as well as cocktails! There is a small supermarket across the road. Quiet and safe with a few small restaurants within walking distance. Within 5 minutes of arrival we were already planning our next stay! I can’t recommend highly enough.
